That was one of the best shows I've experienced (Row 10, about 15ft right of soundboard). Love that they opened with Clarity and closed with 23. I ran in to Jim at the airport on Sunday and asked if they would be playing 23 at the show and he responded with, "I think so?"
Now and then when a concert hits the spot with deep cuts, I feel like Nelson. Last night was one of those times.
Totally forgot the Chicago show is tomorrow (I never bought a ticket) but luckily there are reasonably priced tickets on resale so I will be there tomorrow!
don't worry, they fired everybody who runs those things and gutted all of those departments so those things are basically useless now it's still just a coin toss as to how it will be
I’d love to see this person’s reaction to an album show where the lead single was the album opener lol
I just found a bag of a few records I bought while I was in Scotland in March 2025. Hahaha. This is one of them. Forgot I got this.
ive seen them play maybe 5 times in the last 25 years... this was by far my favorite show theyve done. perfect weather. The sound was great. the setlist was just about perfect. i dont see how any longtime fan could hate on that setlist.
So like…Chicago folks: What are we thinking about tonight’s show? Because the forecast really does not look good. I would love for them to call it early if the weather is bad but apparently they tend to not call shows until the very last minute.
