Everything that's not "Dizzy" is playing for second place on that album, IMO, but that's just one of my favorite songs ever.
Here It Goes should have been big but it wasn't a single. Chase This Light was my first JEW album I think. After that I got into BA and Futures.
I’m not the biggest fan of Here It Goes. I really like the instrumentation but the lyrics don’t really do much for me when it’s otherwise such a big aspect to the record for me
I'm not big on Big Casino. Get why it was a single and it goes off live but there are far better songs on Chase This Light alone
On the other hand I absolutely love The Middle and when it comes on at weddings and parties, etc. It’s such a timeless, heartfelt bop. I’m so glad it blew up the way it did and I hope I never stop hearing it in those settings.
