Still remember laying on my living room floor hearing the leaked version of CTL for the first time. Expectations after Futures being sky high, and hearing "Carry You," and how perfectly the lyrics matched my life and a relationship I was in at the time and going "fuck, they did it again."

 

The first time I listened to CTL I got Dizzy from how good it was

Must defend Chase This Light, it's my favorite of theirs, sometimes Bleed American depending on the day. Also seeing them at first ave in Mpls when they toured the album, possibly the best concert experience I've ever had.

Firefight is a fun underrated tune

 

Surviving really goes up a notch if you throw "Half Heart" in between "One Mil" and "All the Way (Stay)" and add "Failure" before "Recommit." And I already loved that album, those songs just add some nice breathing room to the thing.

 

The only liked songs I have from Invented are Movielike, Stop, Littlething, and Invented

 

There are people out there who don't like Heart is Hard to Find?!?

 

Its fine.

 

"Heart Is Hard to Find" rules and is one of their best-sounding songs ever. Trombino freaked it on that album.
