Oh psh, I don't think so at all. you probably think that because it's more diverse, but that's also why i only love one or two releases from each. Actually, MCR is another band I forgot for that second list. I can't think of any other band like them where I love half their discography and am so indifferent about the other half.
I can't wait for people to see that this thread has moved like six pages and think there must have been some announcement, but instead they'll just be sitting there thinking "what the fuck"
Yeah that's the other end of the conversation. Like, I love every Hotelier song but can I really include them when other bands have larger catalogs I love? It's a tough call
Haha, you just have a lot of my favourite bands in that second list or bands where, like you, I adore one or two of their albums. I like most of the artists in your top 10 but other than The 1975 and Bon Iver I wouldn't say I love any of them.
Yeah, bands like The Hotelier and The 1975 would probably fall in my top 20 for now. If they carry on as they have been I can see them cracking my top 10.
We're All Thieves is my favorite from Juturna. To remain on topic, you can really hear the Clarity influence on that song.
I love Radiohead but I usually find myself deeply connecting with songs rather than albums. I think In Rainbows is the only one of theirs I love all the way through.
I bet Foxing makes the cut if they release another album that kicks my ass. Mew, too, if the rest of their albums are as good as +-
