Love that they're playing 3 album closers on this tour, they definitely know how to write 'em. Setlist.fm says they've never played Pol Roger live which is a real shame.
Just had this thought again today after watching some videos sent by a friend on insta, everyone should go see Spitalfield live while they're active again, they sound amazing and give out a solid Jimmy Eat World vibe
Gonna be sooooo pissed when they drop Dizzy and 23 in Columbus. I swear, every time I see Jimmy 23 is in the set on the tour but they always leave it off when I see them. Last fall, I saw them in Columbus and they ran into curfew and didn't even do an encore.
Correct, but 23 was listed as the encore for that night. Point was, it always somehow gets dropped when I see them. Jimmy Eat World Setlist at Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland
I have to wait til September, but I can’t wait! Haven’t seen them since their farewell tour. So stoked for it.
So glad for you! And hopefully more people will hop on board with their reunion, I really wanna see them hang around longer ;d Also, I've never seen them live here in Europe, so maybe someday, it's outstanding how their albums really stand the test of time too. Highly recommended to all the Jimmy Eat World fans for sure - I wonder if they've ever played a tour or show together, I'll need to google that ;d
I had a similiar issue when they supported MCR. They actually sounded better than MCR, but the energy in the crowd was completely different, no one around me was vibing to Criminal Energy or Futures, whereas (unsurprisingly) everyone was going nuts for the main event.
Is Jimmy playing last each night or do they switch it up in different markets? Seeing them at the greek this week and curious the order.
Alternates based on date. Whoever is listed FIRST on your tour date on Ticketmaster is closing the show.
Haha wow, what is up with how they’re doing their set lists this tour? Look at what they did in Vegas randomly, and then the next show went back to the regular set and cut Dizzy?
They added "Blister" lastnight, which is always a fun one live. I didn't go though cuz tickets were like $60... Woof!
Was this tour never part of the live nation discounts? I got tix during the presale so over paid compared to what I could have gone in for.
for a standing room only show, to see only one band you care about, $60 is a lot, yeah. $30-40 is the most reasonable to me. These upcoming shows are in the same room: Yungblud is $40 The Front Bottoms are $30 Janelle Monae is $60 Flogging Molly is $40 Neon Trees is $30 Bowling for Soup is $30 So yeah, seeing just Jimmy for $60 is a lot to me
