got the okay from my parents to take my 14 year old brother to the show here next month. will be his second concert ever i think

 

That's a perfect start, I'd love that! I saw Jimmy Eat World for the first time only in my late 20s, though I did start listening to them early on, around the age of 12!

 

Yeah I started listening when I was 10 but didn’t get to see them til I was 19. I’ve seen em a bunch now plus Jim solo once too

 

I finally saw them live for the first time this year after listening to them for 20 years (wow I feel old). It felt like I was back in high school singing along with everyone. I don't remember a show where I was just smiling the entire time like that

 

i’ve seen them three times (07, 13, 18) and jim solo once

 

2001, 2002, 2010, 2013 for me. Seeing them again in two weeks.

The 2010 show was the first time I ever went to a show by myself (happened by accident) and it opened up a whole new world for me.

 

2010, 2013, 2016, 2017. The last 3 were all radio shows and the first time was a free headliner but I didn’t know anything but the middle at the time. Seeing them at WWWY (hopefully) but I’m way overdue seeing them on a headlining show.

 

2005 (twice), 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2017. Most likely going to grab a ticket for next month since the last headlining set was 2013.

2017 - Radio festival with Bleachers and The 1975

A truly great live band, but the Futures tour was the highlight.

I'd be crying for days. That sounds beyond magical.

 

Saw the 2007 CTL tour, and the Paramore tour.
Saw the Clarityx10 tour (and won a chance to interview them before! They gave me a copy of the vinyl as well, and signed it)
Saw the invented tour, I THINK the damaged tour? And definitely saw them with third eye blind.
Oh- and saw them in…2009 at a college show (Fitchburg state I think!)

Just to add to the magic, it was in my hometown, a B-market at best that I don't think they had played since before Clarity.

 

I think just the tour with The Format and Taking Back Sunday in 2005 and then again in 2016 but I could be forgetting something

 

Hoping to catch them for the first time soon. Pissed I missed their recent Albuquerque date with Dashboard Confessional

 

Seeing them twice next month at Riot Fest!

 

I've been a fan for years but didn't get to see them until the Damage tour cycle and now I've seen them a bunch of times since. They're always on my must see every time list because they're so fantastic.

 

This was such an incredible lineup! The show that got me into the format

The Format. Damn. What a colossal contribution to music they made (and then the first fun. record - if I recall - was partially written by/for The Format).

 

I saw them finally on the 3EB tour and nobody in the lawn section gave much of a shit except me and my friends who were probably annoying as hell jamming out Lmao

 

Saw them in 2010, 2011, and 2018, I believe. Had tickets to the Futures tour but my grandpa died and the show was the same day as his funeral.

 

I’ve never seen them live. They don’t headline here in San Diego often.
