I’m so excited for new Jimmy Wat World. Kinda wild it’s been almost 3 years since Surviving came out. It still feels like a brand new album.

 

It is good, but it doesn’t hit as hard for me as pretty much anything on Surviving. That bridge is awesome though. I hope they’re gearing up for a release!

 

Surviving is the perfect mix of Futures and Integrity Blues, but with the comfort and nostalgia of Bleed American.

Recommit, Delivery, and Criminal Energy are very underrated songs, IMO. They're just so damn good.

 

Yup! It’s honestly one of my favorite JEW records, and like their best music, I quickly formed some good memories around it, so it has had a lot of staying power these past few years.

 

I'm in NZ so I get music before you guys :)

Is there a band more consistent in the scene than Jimmy Eat World? I really don’t think there is.

 

MORE consistent? I wouldn't rank them, but Coheed is JUST AS consistent in my mind. I don't like Thrice as much as others, but it seems like most people find them as consistent as well.
