Yeah I love it. So far it looks like this song (what we've heard of it) is being received almost unanimously positively.

 

So between love never and this we could be looking at a more upbeat album which I am all for.

 

I’m ready for a more upbeat album from them. Hasn’t really been one since Chase This Light.

 

Not sure if it means anything at all but Jim was at Sony Music Entertainment in London today. Just dropping by, or maybe doing something band-related? No idea. Presumably they're still releasing their music with Sony so they could have been planning marketing/release strategies or something. Maybe one last handshake before a single debuts tomorrow, perhaps? Wikipedia tells me Sure and Certain came out on a Tuesday.

They are shooting a music video near me (Cleveland area) this Thursday and Friday. Calls have gone out for casting/extras/etc.

Things are happening folks.

 

@iCarly Rae Jepsen made a good point that there’s definitely no way the album announcement is coming the same day as the Green Day/FOB/Weezer tour announcement. Today is not the day :(

I think it's strange that bands tend to put out singles with basic lyric videos and then release the proper videos later. The song would get more attention I think if it came out with a proper video from the start. Though I don't want that in this case because it would mean not getting the song for a while.
