Idk why I didn’t like Invented for the longest time.

 

I love Invented to death

 

Invented is JEW's Maladroit, super high-quality album that gets constantly overlooked/underrated for reasons I'll never fully understand.

Also "Invented" is one of their best songs ever.

 

Careful, comparing Jimmy Eat World to Weezer might get you a banning from @Jason Tate hahaha

 

My Best Theory is a super underrated single.

Sounds like Fall Out Boy.

 

Invented is my least-favorite from the 1999-to-now streak...because, well, something has to be.

 

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think I might like invented more than futures and bleed American

 

Also Invented is the only record since Clarity with Tom singing lead so that counts for something right

 

I love Invented and I also think it’s lower tier Jimmy Eat World.

For the record, lower tier Jimmy Eat World is significantly better than most other’s top tier stuff for me.

 

It's definitely "lower-tier" in that I'd rank it in the bottom half of their discography but they don't have a bad record so, yeah

I like Tom as a vocalist a lot but I don’t like ANAA

 

“Action” is pretty far and away my least favorite song they’ve put on an album in the last 20 years. I don’t really like “Higher Devotion” either, but at least that one is doing something interesting.

 

My Best Theory is great, sounds kinda like Folie-era Fall Out Boy
