not sure what you're all into but here's some that i'm anticipating before JEW comes out lvl up bon iver danny brown s u r v i v e
Along with JEW my most anticipated for this fall are: Bon Iver, Regina Spector, Phantogram, Kings of Leon, and Banks. Also the new Young the Giant, Ingrid Michaelson and Frank Ocean have been holding me over.
These are pretty eclectic. Only heard of Bon Iver before now. I'm not sure these are really my thing though. I tend towards ambient guitar-based music more often than not. But thanks, these are cool. Lvl up have this lofi indie sound like The Microphones and Neutral Milk Hotel I guess? They're bands that I respect and think are cool but somehow haven't managed to get into them yet. Edit: S U R V I V E is good. Got a bit of Jon Hopkins vibe mixed with some retro Far Cry Blood Dragon sounds.
Wait how did I end up on your list? Is this just payback for your permanent spot on mine? What have I missed?
Others have already mentioned a few of these, but Against Me!, Bon Iver, Touché Amore, Every Time I Die, Microwave, Joyce Manor, and Balance & Composure all have records coming out in the next few weeks and all of them have a high probability of being awesome
id like to think im not on any shit lists but i probably am the new cymbals eat guitars record is fantastic and will probably be overlooked by many which is sad because its their best album yet
granted, I do need to listen to it (a lot) more, but Idk if I can get behind that. I love you, but I've loved bleu cheese for most of my life so I don't take kindly to such harsh words.
my dear wife, i urge you to love the new CEG a much as i. but ya ive had it for a while now and i just adore it
I started falling for LOSE and spinning it a ton in the month or so before I started my transition, I developed a pretty strong and unique connection to it due to that and I don't think anything they do could top that for me.
