this is the most power pop song since "Jen". straight up Jimmy know all the Weezer fans are lurking in their fanbase and they're just giving us this gift. I'm so happy with it

Man, that soaring key change for the bridge in Diamond has really got me feeling some kind of way.

 

I just threw Half Heart on the track listing after Love Never to see how it goes. Still a good song, but I definitely prefer the original 10 track sequencing.

 

I like the orange, but I'd take a blue version that matches the color of the hoodie from the preorder:

Honestly, sounded much better on my soundbar this morning getting ready than on my headphones last night. So weird - as as I genuinely fall in love with records on headphones.

 

I can't remember the actual order but Polaris, 23, and Night Drive ...are they on top of each other? If so - I can't think of a better 3 song stretch of nearly anyone in this scene.
