No Sensitivity got taken off of apple music and it has messed up my playlist of their 25th Anniversary show setlist
I think it's interesting that after the 3 songs we already know the run times for, there's only about 23 minutes left to spread over 7 more songs. I'm hoping they're all fast-paced punk bangers.
What a staggering amount of incredible songs that came out of those sessions once you start adding all of them up.
The production on these two songs really reminds me of Chase This Light - it is just so bright and crisp. I love it. The way that sax solo takes the place of where a guitar solo would typically go really brings to mind Clarence Clemons on a Bruce Springsteen song. Huge grin from me every time it kicks in. As much as I love these two songs, I think I am gonna put them away until the whole album comes out in like a month. I don’t wanna wear them out. Plus, it seems like this is gonna be a short, punchy album where I’ll almost always end up listening to the whole thing as opposed to individual songs.
This band has some unbelievably great b-sides for practically every album. You could make an album out of them and it’d be so good.
I immediately thought of Clarence and I was so friggin pumped when it kicked in. How lucky are we to have this band?
Enjoying the new song. Chorus reminds me of a sped up version of Work. The song also kind of reminds me of the Campaign Song Andy writes for Leslie in Parks and Recreation. lol
Me too! I literally said the same thing like 5 posts up. Just ending with a massive sax solo and wanting to just dance all the way through the ending felt so e-streety to me, but in a very JEW way. It was awesome.
Real talk, they NEED to release all the b-sides in a newly mixed/mastered collection. Jim even played "Beautiful Is" on his solo tour a few years back. That and Be Sensible are seriously top tier songs. Also, I'm new to artist threads but I had no idea people love Invented this much.
