I'm scared that Bayside will remain as buried as ever. If you're gonna do a two-week rollout, you gotta hit the advertising HARD
I wouldn’t stress vinyl too much. The turquoise variant of Integrity Blues is still available on their web store. That was what they had up for preorder 3 years ago.
I don’t know much about marketing, but it seems to me that for bands like Jimmy Eat World, and to a smaller degree Bayside, who have been around a long time have a core fan base that will always be there. So shorter rollouts make more sense. Get the word out to the core and let it spread from there. Then obviously use social media and whatnot for more casual fans and potential new listeners. I could be completely off base, but that makes sense to me. Also, as a huge fan of both bands... STOKED!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
From what I can see the band still haven't actually announced this yet. So until Monday comes I'm taking it with a grain of salt.
Either Zeke is a graphic designer who is trolling us, or he has an inside scoop and is being secretive for some reason. Or Zeke is actually... Zach.
The cover art looks very real, and I was expecting something for Monday anyway so I have no reason to be doubtful. I'm just curious about the source, rather than skeptical.
