you can do it my way, the way of poor. I play the song while recording the sound from my computer with audacity, then i convert it in mp3 xD
I have no way of ripping the track and I won't share it online out of respect for the band. Our radio show allows us to play any music which we or the station own personally though so I can broadcast it tonight. My cohost and I will probably be playing the track (off the record and turntable so I can't confirm quality) around 7 PM. You can stream it live from a desktop around 7PM at www.wtsr.org or from your phone via the TuneIn Radio app.
I don't recall anyone asking you to share the track? I'm just going to wait for my copy to come in before I listen.
No. I will buy a vinyl player for this purpose though if I ever get a hold of the vinyl itself. Living in the UK makes this difficult though.
I asked if there was any chance of sharing it. I don't think it's particularly unreasonable for the track to make its way to the wider world eventually if there's literally no other way of getting it than being in New York (or wherever it was) on a specific day. People have a tendancy to share rare, unobtainable b-sides on here for those who have no other way of purchasing so it's not an unheard of thing. But I respect anyone's decision to not share it without having been given permission by the band. Hopefully it will get out eventually.
The track will find its way online for sure. It will probably just take another week or so until it's officially released.
is 7pm when the show starts or just when you will be playing that song? interested in catching the show from the start if i can.
Goin on soon. You can listen in at www.wtsr.org by clicking listen live. We should play My Enemy around the top of the 7 o'clock hour.
This: Online Radio Player Gives me a blank page. Hopefully when you start then it will work? Edit: Nevermind, Safari was the problem but Firefox works.
