Wish it had the made the cut. Oh well. At least we have it. Wonder if we will get any additional b-sides? Or will they officially release any of these live sessions they've been recording seemingly every other day for the past 3-4 weeks.
Get It Faster is marginally better than Get Right The idea of Cautioners not being the best song on BA is absurd
Get It Faster is one of their worst songs to me......... Just everything I didn't like about 00s radio rock tbh it sounds like something someone would put in an AMV in like 2007
"Get Right" is better than "Get It Faster," which is one of their weakest. "Cautioners" is one of their strongest.
its possible, i didnt even know there was another singer there for years and years because he sounds real similar to jim
pretty sure Jim is singing the "crimson and clover" part and Davy is singing the bridge. like, 95% sure.
Davey sings both parts. You'll notice the demo version of the song has none of that in it. That's because Davey wrote and recorded that entire end part on his own.. not even in the same studio as the band, apparently. I also thought it was Jim for the longest time, but ever since I found out it's not too hard to tell the difference. I think if you pay attention you could especially hear that going from the last "I wanna fall in love tonight" to "crimson and clover" is definitely not the same singer. The really do sound similar though haha
Does anyone know where I could find the artworks for You With Me and Integrity Blues without titles on it please?
This is slowly growing on me. Currently sitting at 7/10, which is better than the 5 it was at first. I could listen to Jim sing about anything, he just has one of those earnest, story telling voices that I absolutely love.
I think the lyrics are what has really changed this for me. Songs like You Are Free have really hit me.
If You Dont Dont is my favorite off of BA. It's like the The World You Love of the album in a way. Very powerful. I have a soft spot for Cautioners and A Praise Chorus(.fm) too
My roommate didn't know that "The Middle" wasn't their only song. I can't imagine not knowing how great this band is beyond that song.
i cant imagine thinking that there are radio hits out there where the artist only ever releases one song
