That's an incredibly weird critique. One could argue any random part of a song isn't "necessary". "I think the snare hit at 47 seconds is unnecessary." Hahaha like, that's a weird way to judge music.
I would love for them to release an album of remastered or re-recorded demos and b-sides. It would probably be as good as their main LPs.

Yeah it is in fact a fine power-pop track that will strangely but rightfully endure as a classic to pester our grandchildren with. It is that good. I dunno about worst on BA, if I had to pick I guess Authority Song but I enjoy it
The worst song on ba is the middle and it's a great ubiquitous tune there's just a lot better on the album

Saying worst for a BA track is misleading. While "worst" is technically correct, "least favorite" is probably more accurate. Album is so dang good.
