Really like the song.

 

I love this.

 

Little different from their norm, I like the slower heavy feel, I'm excited now

 

Moody, a little dirty fuzz, a more angsty delivery from Jim, and it's quick and to the point. I love it! Feels like it's a cross from the Stay on My Side Tonight EP and Invented after first listen.

 

Interesting song. Wish it packed a chorus that was a little bit bigger, but that riff makes up for it. Very excited to hear whether this is indicative of the album or not.

 

I feel like the chorus is one of the biggest they've had since CTL.

I was going to say it's in line with most of their other lead singles (but it looks like this won't go to radio). Should be a middle-of-the-road tune in the context of the album... Solid song.

I'd guess it is but it's more of a preview for fans than a radio single.

 

This song is fantastic!! Very keen to hear the album. These guys are a very consistent band

I know Inventeds a bit of a wild card for many in JEW's discography, but I really dig that album

My thoughts. I couldn't really get into it. It's not bad, but it didn't really grab me and make me wanna keep listening to it.

Also, Big Casino was fucking awesome. Probably my favorite single that isn't from Bleed American.

Invented is awesome aside from Movielike, Action Needs an Audience, the chorus of Higher Devotion, and the chorus of Littlething. Evidence, Invented, Mix Tape, Stop, Cut, Heart is Hard to find, all huuuuuge cuts from their discog

 

"Coffee and Cigarettes" is great too.

 

What passes for boring around here these days is pretty staggering.

 

Oh yeah, verses are awesome, like so so so awesome, but the chorus is so lame and boring.

 

I kind of agree that the chorus could be stronger, but the verses and the solo make the song for me.

I have so many jokes I wanna make about "boring" bands, but then I remember people hated on every lead song I've ever seen released by Jimmy. "sounds like fall out boy"
