hi everyone

it's been a while. hope you're all well.

i've been busy writing an album and also getting pregnant, however, this doesn't mean work has stopped on the album! i think i have a couple more weeks til i can no longer record vocals due to having no space for my lungs to expand but i'm cracking on.

so, so far, so good, i think? i am having a baby soon which sam and i are beyond excited about, so i'm trying to prepare for that and get my head around the fact that i will soon be a mother. my mum has already offered to be a driver in a winnebago for touring so we can crack on touring this record with the baby...

whilst i've been writing, i also took a trip to fyr macedonia with unicef to meet refugee families who have fled violence in syria and afghanistan. it was heartbreaking, frustrating and inspiring. i met some extremely strong people and families and i will never forget their stories. i'm loving working with unicef and intend on doing more trips and helping as much as i can with this amazing charity. read more about what i've been up to here.

what else? i'm currently on a plane back from a family holiday and have already missed murray winning his second wimbledon title and most certainly won't be through baggage control in time to catch the second half of the euros final. oh, and i missed stevie wonder in hyde park. basically, i absolutely dropped the ball on the return date.

hope everyone has a wonderful summer, i shall be nesting in east london, annoying my husband with flicking through snapchat (handle - 'jessieware'. i hate myself for being on it, but i'm addicted, apart from being sick of people using the dog face) and waiting for our arrival.

1st listen of the track I didn't care for it; on my 4th listen now, and I really like it, haha. Stoked on this new record
