Exactly my thought lol. I usually don’t bother buying tickets in advance to Roboto shows, but I’m going to try to get them right away on Friday.

 

It's wild that this is the first Jeff album since I became aware of him that won't wind up anywhere near my EOTY list

It’s really good though! Feel bad for those who weren’t into it.

 

Yea I still love it and haven't gotten into much new releases this year so it doesn't diminish it

 

It’s just unfortunate it released so soon in a year full of fantastic albums

 

It isn't bad, I just don't connect with it like I have all of his other albums. I also don't really find any of the songs/arrangements/melodies that interesting

 

Any Jeff-adjacent albums that came out this year you recommend?

Top 10 for me. My Spotify top songs of the year was just this album lol

Listened to it every day for the first 2 months maybe more

 

Yeah this will easily be in my Top 10. USA, TV Stars, and 9/10 are some of my favorite songs of his.

 

I liked this when it came out but I really haven't come back to it at all. Too much has been released this year, and I didn't love it instantly like I didn't with Worry

 

I do love a select few songs off this and enjoy the rest for what it is. USA is one of the best things he's ever done. I still would say Worry is my favorite from him out of his 3 solo records.
