Damn, that sounds very interesting. Especially since i'm currently making my way through Four Tets stuff he did with Steve Reid. Electronics and jazz mixing together is very much my thing haha

New Sam Gendel album is obviously too long at 50+ tracks, but what I got through so far has been really good.

 

Yeah, I’m a third of the way through and liked what I’ve heard so far.

This album RULES. The big band Oliver Nelson charts that bookend the songs around the solos are extremely my shit.

 

Just saw where Moor Mother and Angel Bat Dawid feature on the new album. Even more excited now.

 

New Damon Locks is really good. Made me revisit his album from a few years back too and it’s better than I remember. Dunno why I didn’t listen to it much.

 

New album from Natural Information Society out today and it’s awesome.

 

New Kiefer album this week and another one sometime soon. Been listening to him a lot this year, great jazzy beats.
