ugh i forgot how ridiculous polyvinyl shipping was.

 

i doubt polyvinyl is shipping for any more than it actually needs to be to you
do you not have a local shop around you? this record will be getting distro everywhere

 

yeah i know but $12 for 6 weeks shipping? annoying. local place are getting it in on cd but not vinyl for some bizarre reason. can't find a UK distro either, odd.

yeah can only find uk distro's for the cd.

 

weird. i know usual shipping overseas when sending records out is like 20 bucks here

 

it ends up being €30 which i'm not averse to playing but the 6 weeks shipping is not ideal. you never know what could happen a record in that time lol hopefully a distro gets it in over here. same will happen with pwr bttm

This record is phenomenal. I really like how she utilizes the most interesting parts of shoegaze w/o the unnecessary fluff, while making something completely her own. Very good stuff

 

she's playing a record release show in SF in a few weeks and i'm working that day

 

Picked up the fuchsia Turn Into yesterday at the local store but they still only had this on CD

 

the show sold out anyway

Man, I like this a lot, but that wobbly tuning effect on "(Bedhead)" makes it absolutely unlistenable.

Haha bedhead might be my least favorite song on the album BUT if anything that makes me sad cuz I loooove the wobble

This is still one of the best of the year
