For me, Southeastern > SMTF > Reunions > TNS. I still really like this album but I’ve just never come around on “What’ve I Done to Help” or especially “Be Afraid”.

Pretty sure the review I wrote of this is my favorite thing I’ve ever written.

Firmly my second favorite Isbell. I spun the vinyl on Friday night and it definitely holds up.

Incidentally also the venue where I went to the first concert I can remember, The Mavericks on the lawn with my parents and sister at age 5ish
