I just remember thinking that Post Nothing was boring compared to Celebration Rock.

 

i mean it leans more towards fuzzier indie rock and the songwriting definitely isn't as good but it's definitely a very good record

 

Both are pretty meh

focusing on the lyrics to these records is kind of missing the point anyway, theyre supposed to be overblown rock platitudes and nonsense

Although I do think CR is overrated it's still a fun and easy listen.

PN is p ok too I guess. I think I like the singles more

both albums are almost the exact same i feel like you could switch out any song between them except heart sweats and house that heaven built
