I was blasting this at 1 am, driving home from the Cubs bar where I watched Game 7 with fellow Midwest transplants. Windows down, wind in hair. That's Japandroids season, and this fit the bill perfectly.

It'd be in keeping with the art from their previous releases though (whether any of it's been good is worthy of debate). Can't criticize them for having an inconsistent brand though.

The song absolutely and unsurprisingly rips!
