I want something as ambitious as The Electric Lady next, now that she’s made a big jump in her mainstream acceptance off this record

 

This would be by far the shortest wait between two albums by her I think so I'm not getting my hopes up yet, especially since she's been acting so much

Might be music but if it is I imagine it'll be connected to her Antebellum movie and not an album

Very good song. She is such a bright light in this world.

 

Went back to The ArchAndroid because the album Make the Bus was originally written for turns 10 next week (of Montreal's False Priest) and this still absolutely slaps.

 

Make The Bus is so great, but also sticks out like a sore thumb hahaha.

 

Didn't know it was originally for of Montreal. For sure one of my favorites from the back half.

 

Yeah, Kevin wrote it and it was on an early version of the record but didn't make the cut when the tracklist was revamped so he gave it to Janelle!

 

Maybe I should give that album a go then

False Priest is a nice intro for Janelle fans, but Hissing Fauna is the real GOAT

 

I’ve only heard the new one so feel I should revisit the classics. I’ll get around to both at some point
