I listened to Casino Royale and From Russia With Love audiobooks (on youtube) Casino Royale is aight, prolly woulda dipped if I was reading it From Russia With Love is kinda boring too, though blessed with inspired villainy. The story begins with the villains, it’s a fun 5 minutes on screen, but a punishing 100 pages in the book before James Bond shows up. From there it’s the same old song I got Thunderball at the library too. Maybe reading paper is just more fun, but I’ve found it way more enjoyable than the other two. Ian Fleming’s best writing by far is his account of food and travel. He details each meal with the loving buds of a food dude. And I guess there’s something soothing about a guy taking the M1 to the A2, turning right on to the A10 through Orléans, continuing south after lunch (A baguette, with boar’s ham and mimolette, with a carafe of a Saint-Emillion, and after, with a cigarette, an espresso and a perrier), arriving in Avignon shortly before dinner.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson's voice is a little too high pitched for Bond, but I'm sure he could make it lower for the role.
You can when the gap between the first and second film is 4 years. Plenty of time to film a Bond film between the 2nd and 3rd Batman.
