I remember when Jinx was supposed to have a spinoff.

 

I get the complaints people have with Quantum of Solace but I would argue they are (mostly) wrong. Really enjoyed it. Think it works better if you watch it directly after Casino Royale.

 

Yeah if you watch it shortly after CR it works much better.

 

Casion Royale and skyfall are the only two good Craig bond movies imo. Quantum and Spectre are turds.

 

I get why people don't like Spectre; really don't get it about QoS.

Alright I finished the run through and I’ll say it’s interesting that Casino Royale rose a lot in my estimation while Skyfall fell slightly.

I’m surprised live and let die is so low.

 

I recently re-read the Live and Let Die book and it’s just so much better. Unfortunately, it’s also incredibly racist/product of it’s time.

 

Yeah I’m very curious to go back and watch these movies again (not for a while) now that I have a full understanding of the entire series.

 

It is truly baffling to me that "Writing's on the Wall" won an Oscar. This song sucks.

 

The second half of Spectre is truly awful. Somehow feels a lot like a Bond movie and nothing like a Daniel Craig Bond movie.

 

Read casino Royale and am halfway through live and let die. I really enjoy them and they are pretty quick reads. Obviously the treatment of women is very 50s and I feel like the way black people are portrayed in live and let die is probably racist

 

I just finished From Russia With Love. So far i’d probably say:

Casino Royale
Diamonds are Forever

This is the most enjoyment i’ve gotten from a book series in a long time. So sad i’m almost half way done.
