Love Denis in general but I think his style is a bit too cold for Bond, especially if they’re going for a younger/less hardened version of the character as rumored. I think they’ll probably go with Berger (would be fine) but I’d LOVE to see what Edgar Wright could do with Bond. He’s such a film buff that I think he’d strike the right balance of cool and camp that the franchise was known for pre-Daniel Craig.

 

Denis is one of the best working. I agree; I don’t think I’d really care for his take on Bond. Specifically right after Craig’s run

I still want Christopher Nolan bad. I need to do some research on these directors. I would love if they did a modern take on a classic bond run of films. down and dirty adventures that aren’t too tied together. focused on really fun villains and a killer bond portrayal. I love that the video game is doing a young bond. Do something straight out of the 60’s or 80’s but with amazing cinematography.

 

We'll be lucky if we don't just get "the Bond Cinematic Universe".

As much as I am still unsure of how his colder style will fit a (reportedly) younger Bond... this will look gorgeous if nothing else. Undeniably a huge get. I hope he proves me wrong! Very curious who they cast now.
