Wow yeah this album is great, definitely the best thing she has released since the debut even though I liked the last album.

 

Never listened to her before, but this is a great little record. Short and sweet with many highlights, Dreams being my favourite atm.

So this is pretty handily her best front-to-back album! What a nice bounce back from the last one, which I couldn’t latch into. “Nobody” has a spot on my annual summer playlist, but honestly those first seven songs are pretty unimpeachable. “Somebody New” and “Glad You Did” hit particularly hard from the new stuff out today.

 

I was hoping this would be more in the vein of her last EP but I love the energy she brought to the album and agree it’s super solid throughout. “Nobody” in particular is a powerhouse and my favourite track atm

WOW I'm so happily surprised that this album is awesome, quite a bounce back after her last album and EP, I had almost given up!

 

I haven’t missed a Jade Bird show in Chicago since I discovered her years ago and she was supposed to be coming here next month opening for Tom Odell who I literally have never listened to before but I was going to spend the $$$ just to see her open and then leave but I guess the show got cancelled so I don’t have to do that lol

Hopefully she adds a headlining show here instead!
