Jackass Number Two is def the masterpiece. It has the craziest stunts from both Knoxville & Steve-O, who both seemed more game than ever to really push themselves to the limit. Also one of the greatest theater experiences of my life
I was only able to see Bad Grandpa in theaters, but that was a very fun time. Excited for Bad Trip in a few weeks on Netflix.
All three have their charms, the first one being so low budget and the third one ultimately being the reverse of that. Don't think I could rank them or anything, just an amazing film trilogy.
this scene cracks me up even just thinking about it. I use that line when I’m annoying my girlfriend. “Sorry I have bursitis”.
I watched the Bad Trip leak last year and can confirm it's very, very fun. Really excited to watch it with friends virtually when it comes out.
I can't pick a favorite Jackass movie either, they're all so consistent. I do really love the lower budget charm of the first one though, and like I said before the air horns segment might be my favorite in any of the movies
I think 3 is definitely the weakest of the three, but it's still fun. The stakes just kind of feel lower, and I think a lot of the best stunts were spoiled in advertising.
I saw Bad Trip last Spring. Its just ok. Dont expect a masterpiece. great cast though and worth a watch
I have noticed that but if anything, it really adds to that disposable, long lost tape feel of the show imo.
I've really wanted to see the show for years but it's never been easily available for cheap that I've been able to find. I was hoping Paramount Plus would have it but they don't seem to
I prefer the show to the movies, the show had more "misses" but I laugh my ass off more at the stupid wtf that's so dumb stuff than the elaborately planned and thought out stunts lol
Not sure what you already own, but they put out a DVD boxset a couple years ago with every movie and all of the TV show, including the Lost Tapes! It usually goes for about $20-30.
Steve-O back on Hot Ones this week. Relatively uneventful episode until the end, but he’s always fun to watch anyway
I know it has to be their last with the original cast but goddamn I feel like I might actually get emotional lol
I don't know either of them so I shouldn't speculate, but I appreciated that he said "Some people don't want help. Yet." because it sounds like despite everything, he's not ready to give up on him. Maybe I'm just projecting, but that's a good friend.
