You could easily do Wild Boyz as more of a funny nature show rather than them “fucking” with the animals.
yea, for sure. The CKY videos just made me want to meet Bam and then VLB made me want to be part of the crew.
I had a roommate in college that watched three things on a loop: “Viva La Bam,” “Haggard” and “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.” By the time the semester ended, I established a strong hatred for Bam that continues to this day.
Loved Viva La Bam back in the day. Despite Don Vito being a piece of shit, his jibberish and constant complaining was always funny in the show. Revisited some clips via YouTube recently and it just shows how staged/fake a lot of it was. I thought it was all real when I was 13/14. Last time I thought Bam was kind of cool/alright was the 3rd Jackass movie. I know Dunn's death messed him up, but his trajectory since being booted from Jackass Forever has been awful, and he truly sucks.
Dude in Jackass 2 when you were getting "high-fives" for being fucked up you were 26/27. You're now in your 40's with a kid. Grow the fuck up.
As much as I don't want Bam to be enabled/given attention to, I'd love to see him in the ring with Knoxville and Knoxville barely do anything and Bam just run out of breath early and lose hard.
For some reason Bam has been spotted here in San Antonio a few times over the last year. I know a few times were for appearances at conventions but a few weren’t. Pretty random
I wish him the best. just wish he could let go of his bitterness for people that actually care about him
I don’t think he’s ever recovered mentally from Ryan Dunn’s death. His sanity has been downhill ever since.
He also travels around to comic book shops and skate shops to don appearances and signings. He did one at a random comic book store and it was $100 to meet him and take a photo. I’m not sure what the turnout was, but a bunch of people I know met him and got photos for free at the skate park.
Yeah it was all over social media that he was at this random ditch here just skating with some locals. Kinda cool but also like idk that I’d want to be around him like that
Just doesn’t even seem like the same guy which is sad. I’m glad to hear he’s 100 days sober but I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of damage he’s done to his body after all these years. His voice sounded completely shot in that clip. I really do hope he finds his feet again given how big he was in the 00s, but I reckon people won't want to work with him after all the negative press he's got in recent years.
Action Point was a flop but not sure Hollywood exactly works like Bam says. Knoxville prob got to make that because of things he already did for them, not pay for it with a movie after
