Apparently 5 albums are neck and neck for the #1 spot this week, with just 1k difference in sales between most of them.

don’t think this will top lazaretto for me but it’s been on constant repeat

 

Agree with the comments above, haven’t been hooked on an album like this in quite a while. Have come to really love Eosophobia. Jack White with Edge-style delay guitar?? Another one I didn’t expect but will definitely take.

The vocal deliver on What’s The Trick? is amazing/classic Jack White. “Plus 1 and minus 1 equals zero, that’s a defeatist attitude. I’m sick of this” makes me laugh every time.

the drumming on this - sound wise & beat wise - is the highlight for me amongst all of the other great things about it

 

Everything about this album is so meticulous and thought out. It’s great.

 

think Hi Di Ho is my fav track haha

So good. The final breakdown rocks. Does anyone have a better “woo” than Jack White? Lol

 

Saw him this week in Atlanta, epic show. New songs play great live (especially What’s The Trick) and they pulled out some great classics. Always exciting to see him play cause you really never know what’s gonna happen next.

 

Dude knows how to put on a killer show, great mix of all his work. No phones was weird but also refreshing lol

This is obviously a very different audience than Jack White, very different, but I saw this video recently and it's really stuck with me. Look at these phones starting at :53 when the song starts.

man that was so sick lol. kinda bummed i didn’t grab the poster when i checked merch before the show, both variants were sold out after. ho hum.

 

also i’m fully no phones supporting as well lol. was awesome.
