Time’s Up was an instant classic. The running joke of cutting to each of them profusely sweating was so damn funny.

 

I just hated the first episode alot I guess. I think my favorites were Gang Escapes, New Wheels, Home Alone, and Pride.

 

The new wheels ep is a classic.

 

Times Up, New Wheels, Charlie's Home Alone, and Mac Finds His Pride are the only episodes I loved in S13.

Honorable mentions would be the Boggs episode and the whole sideplot of Dee trapped in Dennis's room in the Escape Room episode- the rest of it felt weak

 

the macho shit in escape room was pretty great satire

 

John from that episode is always in these progressive commercials.

 

I need to rewatch last season, but remember liking it a good deal. The finale is one of the best episodes the show has ever had. More like that pls.

 

The ending of Mac Finds His Pride is one of my favorite scenes in Always Sunny, but the rest of the episode was kind of meh. Gang Escapes was good and the three I mentioned before are all time classics, but the rest I didn't really care for.

 

Some of the episodes were classics, but I've had no desire to return to a lot of it. Felt very uneventful overall. I still maintain that they tried to film the season in as few locations as possible to speed through it. Five of the ten were contained strictly to the bar and apartment while another one was contained to a plane. It also hurts that two of the episodes were either "reboots" or literal clip shows.

The few episodes where it actually felt like the gang existed to the outside world were easily the most entertaining ones.

 

I actually agree with this, I thought all of these were in the first half for some reason. These three plus the escape room one are the only ones I’d really strongly want to return to I think

The ending of the first episode was amazing but I remember nothing else about it

 

I thought the clip show episode was really fun, I liked their spin on the format

 

They used too many real clips imo, it still just felt like a lazy clip show even though I know it was meant to be a satire of it. I also absolutely hate that this was the last episode of the season Dennis was in, I will be pissed if cast members keep missing episodes in the new season

Not to mention Community already did the fake clip show thing lol

 

This is also how I feel about that episode and (to a certain extent) the Boggs reboot episode.

Maybe I have a bias against this season, but those two could have been less off-putting in another, more eventful season. When you already have so many episodes without Dennis and so many episodes taking place in singular locations, two rehash episodes aren't what you want (even if the premise of each is kind of cool).

Like I said, the whole thing felt more uneventful than "bad".

 

Bet this gets a 3 seasons renewal by end of Sept.

At this point do they even stop unless they HAVE to for whatever reason? I could see this being a show where they don’t even have a “finale” sort of episode....unless they end it with a movie. That would be awesome as well.

 

I totally forgot they even did the second Boggs episode, I remember nothing about it

 

When it aired, the thread felt bad because the funniest part was when Frank shows up haha

 

I thought Boggs 2 was really good

 

I didn’t particularly care for the original Boggs episode.

 

I loved fake Martina.

 

Hahaha I sort of agree. It's pretty fine, but I don't hold it as the classic so many fans do

 

I liked original Boggs. It's also kinda a cool episode in that a bunch of friends who don't really watch the show liked/watched that one for whatever reason. Prolly cause of gifs/memes

 

Original Boggs episode is great but I wasn’t that into Boggs 2, seemed forced
