I actually just did a full rewatch of the show with my fiancé who had never watched. I had felt the last few years the show was on the decline but after rewatch honestly there’s little to no difference among the seasons in my book. Every season has a clunker or two and a classic or two.
Season 11 has aged better for me than I thought it would. I didn't like a lot of it when it came out for some reason.
Honestly I think there’s something going on in TV in general, or at least FX in general. So many of the AHS episodes this year are super short and it shows.
I know The Simpsons changed a ton when not only did their episodes get shortened from 24 minutes to like 21:30, but now they have a four-act structure and it's bizarre. EDIT: The first time for me that there was a noticeably short episode was The Gang Squashes Their Beefs. Second one was A Cricket's Tale. But looking at their ratings, each new episode is only getting like 300,000 live viewers, so I don't think they worry about creating for TV as much anymore.
I'm pretty sure the episode where they go to the water park was also super short, ~18 minutes. But yeah, it does seem like "half hour" shows in general are getting shorter and shorter. Super whack
They made two seasons? Three? I am sure I'll dig it, I just need to actually get off my ass and start it
Just rewatched the dumpster baby episode and it's so weird to me when Dennis calls weed "kine bud". I googled it and I guess it's a thing, but nothing I've ever heard outside of the show lol
I feel like it's commonly used on podcasts. I say it sometimes because of Hollywood Handbook and Doughboys lol
Yeah I thought he said "Kind" too but when I googled it, people seem to say it's actually a common mispronounciation, but I have no idea really lol
Wow lmao that's pretty hilarious. Trying to figure out what is spray painted on the wall about Nazis there when they first enter. "kill Nazis"?
thats a bummer but really season 2 took a nose dive in quality from 1 still a good show that didnt deserve to be canceled though
Anyone ever watch the movie Coffee Town? Guess it's a CollegeHumor film from 2013 starring Glenn Howerton and Ben Schwartz. Love them both, wonder if it's funny
Yeah I watched it when it released. I remember liking it enough, however, I don’t remember a damn thing about it.
