Watching each episode twice always makes me have more appreciation for the scope of what the team is going for -- but this one def had some first-watch big laughs, like Frank, Charlie's mom (especially when she keeps trying to open the plane doors), the Waitresses obsession w/ Dennis, the run-in w/ the Waiter (even though I don't think it paid off in the end). Also the fact that there was a plane full of the most patient group of passengers in the history of flight
Same, which is why it's sad to me that it was still pretty underwhelming. This would have been a weaker episode in any other season imo
Probably my least favorite so far, but I lost it when Dee salted the Snail, Charlie's mom freaking out about two women pilots, and when the waitress said "just pop it in".
Felt the same about this as the CharDee MacDennis sequel. Still really funny and entertaining but of course impossible to live up to expectations set by the original. Probably laughed more at this than last week’s, honestly. Also, I said this two weeks ago but this episode was an example of what I thought they would do in order to be without Glenn for a bit without actually having Dennis gone.
Best ep this season, but also maybe I think Dee is the funniest. And Franks spider waiting to catch some flies line killed me
was worried from this thread but after catching up I think they're off to a stronger start than the last two seasons. Love Slopes, Waterpark and Boogaloo but think this is more consistent overall The meta element feels less forced than eps like Recycles Their Trash but I love the callbacks. Can't help but feel that someone without extensive knowledge of the show would be pretty lost though which feels unique for a sitcom like this
This was my least favorite ep in a long time. Dee can't carry an episode. I legit only laughed out loud on Frank's scene. Chuckled a little with Charlie and Mac's moms, and Snail.
Yea, it wasn't very good. I love Dee but she can't carry an episode. The escape room episode was a blast though.
I understand why the writers couldn't help but tie in current events this season but I'm still getting used to it Dennis having a tight grasp of sexual harassment and consent laws made a lot of sense for the character and was very disturbing
