I really love The Gang Turns Black. I think my favorite part of it is Frank's complete lack of effort to get the choreography
The joint-worst ep I've seen so far! Tied with 'the gang cracks the liberty bell'; both total crap. Just watched the Cricket ep in season 12 and expected it to be bad as hell, but it was actually good/very funny. The moment in the valentines ep where Mac gets Dennis that RPG was amazing too
Haha I think the Liberty Bell ep has some redeeming qualities but I can't even watch Frank's Brother. I think it's hilarious that they address that the episode is going to be boring right in the beginning before the dude starts the story. I always turn it off right after that.
OK I just finished the last ep available on Netflix - this is the best comedy show I've ever watched that isn't called 'The Simpsons'. Starting again from season 1 episode 1 tomorrow.
I'm glad someone who JUST now started this show doesn't notice any apparent dip in quality; Sometimes it's hard to tell if some people have just been watching it for too long and have a skewed view of it. It's probably the most consistent show I've ever seen.
Waterpark episode. Hero or Hate Crime is a damn good episode, but that Thundergun Waterslide scene with Frank is gold. I've never laughed so hard at anything on this show before that. "IT BURNS IT BURNS IT BURNS!!"
I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and my friends and I swam out to one of those floating Tarzan boat things. I don't think it was actually open yet because there was no water in the slide. Every time someone went down it and complained, we all yelled "HE'S GOT THE AIDS!"
A Cricket's tale was at least 2x more enjoyable than Frank's Brother IMO. I cannot recall a single redeeming quality about Frank's Brother whatsoever, and the one good part of The Gang Cracks The Liberty Bell was Cricket getting his head blown off, so those 2 eps are worse than A Cricket's Tale for me.
