Mac is hilarious a lot of the time, but sometimes I just want to punch him in the face

 

All five characters are hysterical, but Mac has by far the least unique intrigue to me. Like, with all of the others, there are a dozen different phrases or habits specific to them that get me rolling. With Mac, there are a few, but most of the laughs come from the slightly more generic dumbassery and sociopathy they all share.

 

'Frank Falls Out The Window" is and unbelievably good episode, loved all the throwbacks/flashbacks etc. The Rum Ham brought him back

 

Chip can be annoying. I love the little kid and the daughter is a perfect antagonist.

 

Sabrina's easily the worst of all of them for me

 

Just remembered that my fav episode is the one where they try and do a road trip to the Grand Canyon. It is a perfect 10/10 and I can't believe I couldn't remember it when asked the other day!

 

Are you finished yet? My favorite episodes always change but CharDee MacDennis will forever be classic (both episodes)

Not yet - about halfway through season 11 so will finish at some point this week! Gonna start again from the beginning right after though lol

Now I want to start parks and recs again as I dropped off after watching half the first season and couldn't understand why the memes and one liners online were funny but the show wasn't.

 

Finished season 11 now! Lmao Mac is SUCH an asshole in that two-part finale. Watched the first ep of season 12 too - when I saw the description of the ep on Netflix I was like "uhhh......", but it was actually funny and not wholly awful (though having the cops shoot Charlie was a step over the line IMPO - I feel like the cops could have just drawn their weapons on him and they would have made the same point without having seen Charlie, and then the child, actually shot).

 

That's the dark Sunny humor for ya. There are no limits to how fucked up things can get!

Wait'll ya get to the water park episode lol

 

I wish they'd add the new season to Netflix. I wanna watch Hero or Hate Crime again.

Damn, that sucks. On the downside, we haven't got the new Rick & Morty yet I don't think

 

Loved the waterpark episode; the girl stealing the locker key from Dennis I saw a mile off! Also the ep where they film Mac & Charlie's mothers for that "sitcom" was funny as hell.

How is a show's TWELFTH SEASON this good?! Well over 100 episodes in and I think I've disliked just TWO of them...

 

That sitcom episode is so underrated, hahah. Have you seen the blooper reels on YouTube yet?
