Omg the end of the second episode had me rolling

 

wasn't sure about the first ep until they started arguing about 9/11, that's when I knew we were back

second one was classic, Alex Wolff killed it

 

I thought Frank looked different during the coma but wasn’t expecting that.

 

I got the reveal of ep 2 spoiled because I turned it on like 10 seconds too early not realizing it starts at 9 now. Still hit lol.

First episode was good but the second one was a top tier episode

God damn, I could barely get through the Abbott Elementary episode.

 

I really liked the Abbott one but that was coming from the perspective of being a fan of that show too and having already seen their half of the crossover. I can't imagine it was great outside of the context of both of those things

The second episode might have been start-to-finish the funniest episode in years. Holy shit, so many things had me truly laughing out loud. It actually really felt like an old-school episode, from the plot to the kind of classic grimy/dark lighting to the characterization of Mac

So fucking happy this is back

 

only after doing some research did I realise that a) Abbott Elementary and AP Bio are different shows, so the whole point of the crossover wasn't to do a bit with two guys who look like Dennis and b) there was another half of the crossover which is why they kept mentioning things that didn't happen on-screen

it's a very confusing watch if you don't know those things going in lol

 

I saw both Abbott episodes as someone who knows nothing about that show and enjoyed them, but would agree that seeing the Abbott one first is 100% a prerequisite for this one.

Also agree the second episode felt like old school Sunny. That was the kind of stuff all 5 of them would’ve been doing in an episode 10 years ago
