I thought someone said Glenn was the one taking the photo. Which seems hard to believe they couldnt find another person to take the photo with him there.
Interesting that in “Charlie’s Home Alone” Charlie doesn’t even mention Dennis and nothing is in reference to him in the episode (at least I didn’t notice anything). Charlie specifically mentions and says out loud “Frank, Mac, Dee” several times during the episode. It’s like they totally erased Dennis from the show in this episode. Feel like that shows they definitely did think he was gone for good at some point but kinda odd they don’t even reference or allude to him at all and that the last “real” episode before this one didn’t have any send off (before this one is the clip show episode which I haven’t watched so unless they reference Dennis leaving during that episode it really stands out to me how he’s entirely absent in this episode).
i'll have to revisit that season, i just remember mindy kailing in the first episode and then dennis shows up at the end and tells her to beat it lol
I think the order of those episodes got shuffled around so the continuity is weird. In the Boggs sequel (Ladies Reboot), the Waiter tells them “I waited on you guys at the Super Bowl, remember?” but the Super Bowl episodes didn’t air until later in the season. I think what most likely happened is the two-parter was probably written early in the writing process before they knew Dennis would be back. I think they probably reordered the episodes and just decided to retroactively fix the continuity by adding the “One Year Ago” disclaimer at the beginning of the two-parter.
If I had to pick a least favourite episode, it'd probably be "The Gang Texts" or "The Gang Buys a Roller Rink"
As weak as S13 is as a whole, the worst episode of the show will forever be A Cricket's Tale (I hope)
Absolutely. And I think Times Up For The Gang was absolutely hysterical. Just didn't really love the rest of the season
My apparently controversial opinion is that I don't like that episode at all. I appreciate what it's going for but the first half is barely funny and the ending feels entirely unearned and out of character for the show but in a pretentious way. Just doesn't work for me personally The only S13 episodes I truly enjoy are Times Up, New Wheels, Bathroom Problem and the escape room one is pretty solid
Out of the last five or so seasons, that street fight might have been what's made me laugh the hardest lol. It's mainly that the way they set it up caught me off guard.
