I know getting the three of them in the same place is probably the majority of the work (assuming they really want to do this in person), but I feel like it shouldn’t be a chore for them to get through. They clearly aren’t worried about preparing notes or sticking to any sort of structure for each episode and are just winging it, so it should be pretty minimal work as far as a podcast goes lol.

Edit: Although, I do believe once they get further into the show, it will be more comprehensive (especially once they are getting to episodes they are more passionate about). These first few just seem mostly like they want to reminisce about the overall creation of the show.

 

Honestly, this podcast format is a good way to do DVD commentaries now that medium is pretty much dead.

So far all 3 episodes have been great

 

Today's episode is great. They even talked about how none of them have ever heard of Thrice but keep getting asked about all of the stickers everywhere. hahaha.

I'm also dying laughing at them talking about how they pulled names for characters from people they knew in real life who were then super annoyed about it when the show got popular.

 

The Point Break section killed me

 

I can't believe they already brought up this specific episode and hit us with the "Twwwwo wars?" quote lol

 

Lol was not expecting to hear them talk about Thrice in this episode, what a surprise

 

I do wonder how long this can last since they probably have other projects and likely don't want to sit through seasons of their show. I'm guessing they're just busting through these in like two-hour long records and chopping them up, so hopefully we'll get a decent amount before they get too busy for it.

 

Hopefully they did this during the entire covid year and have them banked

 

They mentioned doing it as a distraction from writing this new season. Definitely seems like they have a lot in the can.

I think it's just the way he is so snarky to the other two. It's such a funny contrast to their characters.
