Gin and ginger ale is by far my favorite mixed drink. Found a gin called Mór Gin in Ireland and it's so amazing. My girlfriend surprised me one Christmas by importing me a bottle. Junipero is also my second favorite craft gin from California. Otherwise I fall back on Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire. Oh, and Hendricks is trash and idk why people love it so much lol
I first ordered a gin and tonic at a bar because Scott Pilgrim ordered one and I had just started drinking around the time that movie came out. I don’t drink them as often now but I do think they’re pretty great
Darn that's disappointing. I've been curious to try it. I might still at some point just to satisfy my own curiosity, but won't be buying a big bottle of it anyway. I will say, it seems like gin is the most easily fucked up liquor from my experience. I think it's literally the only type of liquor that I would NEVER get the well-version of from a bar. It's disgusting every time
I just realized DB Weiss plays the lifeguard in the water slide scene with Devito ripping his back apart.
Gin is nice but I don't often drink it unless I know somebody who has a fancy bottle and we're just sipping it
Idk tastes watered down and too sweet for me. I believe I've heard the botanicals in there is just a syrup they add at the end for flavor and it's too $$ for what you're getting imo
I really enjoy the floral and cucumber notes, personally. Plays very nicely with cucumber in a g&t and blue cheese stuffed olives in a martini or even with a twist. It's typically rated very highly and at 44% I think it's a good strength. But to each their own, you like what you like.
Liquor is better without chase/mix, every time, something I am just recently realizing Also I didn't really laugh much watching the new episode. I thought that the premise was clever though
I recommend bluecoat gin by Philadelphia distilling if you can get your hands on it. Doubt they distribute outside the philly area.
This happened to me. I got stuck on Frank's Brother, fell behind because I could never finish this episode.
Oh, haha. I got over it eventually, but I literally stopped watching for years. I couldn't just skip it.
