Oh wow we are going into different timelines already? Edit oh ok that was set inbetween the 1908 (season 3) and 1935 (season 2) cycles when Pennywise was weakened and contained
Halloran in this is really fucking good. That whole segment with his vision was cool. I like that they included the backstory stuff about his grandmother from The Shining. As far as moving the interesting bits of the story along I liked episode 3 more than then first two.
It was overall a more action-y episode. Really, really enjoyed this episode but the show continues to suffer from bad CGI with cool creature designs.
In the first two episodes the stuff with the kids was more interesting than the Air Force stuff, but in episode 3 the Air Force stuff was actually more interesting than the stuff with the kids.
For people that don't know the story already there was a part in this episode that was basically like a big flashing red sign where they were like "this is what season 2 will be about!"
I'm sticking with this because I enjoy the It mythos and horror in general but this show is incredibly hit or miss.. like on a scene to scene basis Stuff with the military was really interesting last episode but the graveyard scene was goosebumps type shit
I’ve watched 3 episodes and will prob continue to watch even though it’s been only fine, but man do I not care at all for the military stuff.
