Did the first 4 minutes only play during Annabelle it's opening weekend or what? Sorry if this has been asked already. Went to see Annabelle last night and was really let down by the lack of IT.
I really, really, really need to keep my expectations realistic but hot damn did those early glowing reviews not do me any favors.
It saddens me to report back that this was very lame. Like, all the props were cool I guess, but it was so short and there were like no scares at all. The best part for sure was when you go into Georgie's room and the TV turns on and the "kill them all" bit from the trailer comes on. You're not missing much
Other than Baby Driver, every movie I've seen in the past few years has been the first showing of the day. It'll be less crowded, but it will have a bunch of old people who loudly ask what's going on, have coughing fits, other old people annoyances. I still think it's better than teenagers at night, but yeah...not perfect.
