loved the Gordi needle drop at the end, wish they played the whole track.

 

Good stuff this week, the intro scene threw me off a bit at first. Animation has definitely improved a bit too.

 

Awesome first episode. Looking forward to see how they adapt the book stuff. Love the voice cast.

 

The title card gag was very funny. So glad this is back. Really love the tone they're taking with Mark and Debbie reeling from what happened with Nolan (and I'm so glad they're seemingly changing how Debbie responded to it from how she did in the comics)

 

Did they jump to multiversal stuff this quickly in the comics? Hope the writers didn’t get too complacent lol. Enjoyed ep. 1!

 

It'll probably come up later in the season but for now im glad his brain machine exploded lol. Bored of multiverse stuff.

 

Yeah can't take more multiverse stuff. Show is so good though that its take on the multiverse felt actually new and interesting.

There's not that much multiverse stuff in the comic. Just kind of one main arc and some reoccurring stuff.

 

This is back!? Hell yeah

 

The comics handled the multiverse really well so I'm not worried about it. It comes up a couple times if I'm not mistaken (haven't read it in forever) but its used in a way that doesn't cheapen the story. Nothing like the mcu multiverse. The intergalactic story arcs are what I'm really interested in seeing tbh.

 

Last episode rocked

 

Ep 4 was great but it sucks they cut this season in half. I’m sure most people would’ve been fine waiting an extra few months to get all 8 episodes together without the months long delay in the middle.

 

Ugh, I didn’t know there was a mid season break. Agreed that they should’ve just waited and released it all at once.

 

I lost it at the alien baby reveal. Very grim ending in this episode.

 

Wait so we have to wait for the rest of the season!??? Lame

 

Oh man I'm behind on the last two episodes, gotta catch up.

Ep 5 dropped today, and it was a good one!

 

Definitely my favorite episode of the season, and one of my favorite episodes of the series. Kate and Rae's deaths probably affected me the most out of any death in the show, and I don't think Rae had even said more than a sentence at a time before this episode

 

great ep last night and its been interesting to see how they've rearranged the original timeline. The whole scene with Rex was way more gruesome in animation.

Minor comic spoilers:
Interesting they kept Rae alive. I hope they actually develop her character way more now that she gets another chance. The comic character was killed off way too soon imo.
Also didnt really feel much for them losing Kate knowing what will most likely be revealed at the end of the season if her brother shows up when he is supposed to. They've really chopped the story up though so who knows.

 

Last two episodes have ruled

 

Really enjoying the character work in this last ep. I feel for Mark and Amber.
