i don't think its always instrumental, but my friend introduced me to this and i'm digging it.

 

i actually have a question for this thread, and yes it pertains to my own stuff, but people who are into this shit might have a good answer for me.

i dont know what beat to lead my store off with, the first thing people hear when they come to my page. the one i have it on now "floating" seems like a good pick, its sparse which leaves plenty of room for rapping and the drums hit hard enough to draw people in but im wondering if ive got better options up here.

let me know which beat should be the very first, and which ones i should congregate toward the top of the page. whether thats the technical best, the most rappable, or just your fav. im just kind of lost as to what i should be leading off here. i think its a big deal because you want the first thing they hear when they come to your page to be something that will a. inspire them to buy it or b. inspire them to check out more.
