Industry (BBC/HBO) TV Show

Since I've begun watching this, time to go all in what seems like is the next big show.

Industry is a British-American television drama series that premiered in 2020. Created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the show follows a group of young graduates competing for permanent positions at Pierpoint & Co, a prestigious investment bank in London.

 

This show is so good

 

It’s always been great but this season feels like a huge step up. It’s now must see tv.

 

Season 3 is banger after banger

 

I'm only on S1 but im really enjoying what i've seen thus far. Excited to see where this goes

with the amount of sheer stress/whats happening with Pierpoint this season, if they did end it now it would make sense

 

Only half way through season 2 but good show

Enjoying it so far, about 5 eps into Season 1.

Finding everyone but Yasmin and Gus pretty unlikeable, but is that part of the point that these are chaotic, flawed people?

Did this feel like the end for Eric and Rob to anyone else?

 

i would say more eric and rishi. think we definitely get more rob. it honestly did feel like a series finale. part of me was thinking up to the last phone call it’d be it for everyone but eric would go work for harper and it’d be just the two of them and then that didn’t happen lol. idk where the hell they go with this, exciting

 

Yeah I assume we’ll follow Rob to California. Maybe some of the other characters end up there too? Or at least visit for some business next season. Excited for whatever’s next.

 

Wow! That finale was wild!! Bring on season 4!!

I wondered where we were going to head next season because this seemed like a series finale but it's more a clear pivot to a different focus of the show that they have been laying the seeds for. Which speaks to the quality of the writing on this show because I am all here for it.

Also read that the writers are taking inspiration from Michael Clayton.

Season 3 episode 4 was like one long panic attack holy shit

 

That episode was basically a 58 min version of Uncut Gems!!

 

Finally caught up. No idea where the next season goes.
