I am hoping that the only reason they aren't screening it early is because there's a secret Will Smith cameo and they don't want to spoil it. Buuuuut that's probably not the case.

 

It's possible. But I do doubt it. If it does happen I would like to not know until I see the movie.

 

Cannot wait for Wednesday, the double bill I am watching at the cinema is going to be so good.

 

Someone posted a detailed plot summary of the novelization and it sounds absolutely nuts. Honestly excited to see it now haha.

I don't give a shit what people say, this is the summer movie I've been waiting for. Fuck Ghostbusters and their remake/redo/reboot bullshit.

 

I'm not expecting great reviews, I'm just here for a big, loud, dumb, but fun movie.

I still think it's hilarious that they killed off Smith's character, fuck him for not coming back. This isn't as extreme as turning down The Matrix, but he's losing out on a TON of money.

I've only seen the first trailer. I am so damn ready for this. Hoping to make it out this weekend.

 

Solid film and if you enjoyed the first I see no reason why you wouldn't like this one, I actually enjoyed it more than the first to be honest.

Just finished the first and the second starts in 20. That movie on the big screen is everything right with tent pole blockbusters. So stoked and ready for the second.

 

For those wondering about Will Smith Not in it, he died in a "test flight", which I imagine is just a fuck you for demanding too much money/(rumored) demanding Jaden getting a part. Been hearing it's pretty terrible

Utterly ridiculous and exactly what I expected. Nowhere near the level of magic the first attained, but I had a ridiculous grin on my face the entire time.

 

Going to see this in IMAX on Monday. Looking forward to it.
