  1. So happy this is back! I can't wait to dive into this on my day off.
Runaway Brother is an amazing band and I'm also pretty sure they've got a follow up coming out this year.

they are, they just announced a new tour for june. new album later this year.
kind of wild that i've known them for so long, they hit me up when they put out an EP that they don't even consider part of the band anymore, haha

"RIYL Saves The Day" is all you have to put on any of these to get my attention. I just made a promising playlist of bands I don't know, so thanks for this article. :)

Same, but I didn't really get a Saves vibe from the bands on this list. Still grateful for the recommendations though.

This list is so good, listened to all the way through and had to make a spotify playlist out of it (looks like somebody did above as well). Thanks for giving me some awesome stuff to listen to , gang!

Yo @Jason Tate, this is awesome, especially after that nightmare of a thread about how there is no diversity on this site. Good tunes, good work.

Some of the bands I dug from here: Culprits, Animal Flag, Muncie Girls, Daydream, Pale Waves, Save Ends, and Many Rooms.

I just saw Pale Waves open for The 1975 and I enjoyed their set.

Bri (Many Rooms) played a pretty chilling set last summer on that Other People Records Tour. The show had Souvenirs (on part two In the Spotlight), Trade Wind and Wander. Trade Wind and Wander are a couple bands you should check out.

Man some great finds here. Daydream, Oso Oso, Black Foxxes, and Animal Flag are early standouts.
