Favorite Norris flick has gotta be the underrated super sleazy “The Hitman” from 1991. Plays a guy named Grogan and he goes down on a lady while standing up. It rocks. Comes off as more of a Bronson movie than the usual Norris schlock.

He’s also one of my least favorite 80s action stars. Super wooden, mostly boring films that typically don’t reach the levels of depravity that the others did (again outside of the xenophobic violence).
Norris was an awful person who mostly made subpar films, the only one of his that I would say is any good with him in the lead role is Code of Silence.
