He’s so damn good in the bird cage

 

First movies you think of for Gene Hackman could be an age thing as well. My girls know him from Birdcage and Absolute Power.

My first thought? Mississippi Burning and Hoosiers.

So many movies - there could be a Six Degrees of Gene Hackman and it would be as solid as Kevin Bacon.

 

Absolutely wild. With the mention of the dog being involved as well there was that case a few years back where a whole family was hiking and mysteriously all passed away? I’m assuming though this case was carbon monoxide poisoning. Absolutely tragic

So many great performances but I’ve probably seen the replacements the most. Came out at the perfect time for me. My brother and I would watch it all the time.

 

My parents took me to see royal tenenbaums in theatres when I was 13. That's one theatrical experience I won't forget.
